As in any new software, there are always some bugs or things that would be better done differently. Adobe has announced Version 1.1 which is a free upgrade to Version 1. The changes go beyond corrections and add some nice functionality to the program. If you purchased a copy of Scott Kelby's The Lightroom Book for Digital Photographers you can download a PDF that lists the differences between version 1 and version 1.1. See his website for instructions to do this.
Music Copyright Considerations
Slide shows are a popular way for us to share our images. While we concern ourselves with the copyright issues of our photographic subjects and images, it's important not to forget that there are copyright issues with music as well. Before you download your favorite song to put with a slide show, you might want to read the following article. It does a pretty good job of explaining when it's fine do to this and when it's not. http://www.internetviz-newsletters.com/acteva/e_article000836854.cfm?x=b9LDQhj,b2k3HtnP
Help for World Travelers
I have mentioned Kropla.com before. It is Steve Kropla's Help for World Travelers. What I've used it for before was checking out the electrical current and plugs for different countries. There is also a lot of other great info there including such things as International Dialing Codes, Airport Codes, a Phone Guide, and a Useful Travel Links section.
