Picture Chattanooga

Saturday, April 25 through Sunday, April 27, 2008

Join us in the "scenic center of the South" for this exciting and fun workshop. If you haven’t been to Chattanooga recently, you’re in for a surprise. We’ll begin with our after-hours visit to the TN Aquarium where we will photograph in the Ocean Journey and River Journey buildings. Saturday morning we will reconvene at the Chattanooga Zoo where the keepers will help us get some great photographs of the animals. After lunch we will head to the beautiful privately owned River Garden which should be teaming with wildflowers this time of year. On Sunday morning we will drive up to the Lula Lake Land Trust on Lookout Mountain, a special area for waterfall and stream images. We will wrap up our photography adventures with a stream-side picnic brunch.

At each location we will discuss and demonstrate how to photograph the subjects we will find there and we’ll then be available to help you with hands on instruction in the field. We hope you'll be able to join us for this enjoyable and exciting event.

Fee: $175 for members, $225 for non-Members (Non-Member price includes individual Aquarium membership) Includes all admissions, a box lunch and dinner on Saturday, brunch on Sunday, all instruction and instruction materials and one year individual membership to the TN Aquarium for non-members. Limited to 15 participants.
